Monrovia is an adorable community just east of Pasadena and nestled next to the mountains. Bragging on my agents
Yes, here comes more bragging on Judy Graff Properties' agents. Gabriel Browne, top, just closed a duplex for his buyers in Long Beach. But this wasn't just any escrow. Gabriel had to deal with an AWOL listing agent, tenants that didn't know they had to leave, extension after extension, etc. The problems just didn't stop, but he brought this transaction to a successful close for his sister buyers.
