Monrovia is an adorable community just east of Pasadena and nestled next to the mountains.  My buyers, Nayiri and Krikor, just purchased this cute two-houses-on-one-lot property as it's perfect for their extended family.  The picture shows the front house; the back house is much bigger; and there's a gorgeous oak tree (peeking over the roof) between the two homes.  The property sold for $710,000; Monrovia properties tend to be a little less expensive than properties closer to central L.A.
