Finally! After six months and seven offers, 1047 E. Elmwood in Burbank finally closed. It had been listed at $849,000 and the sale price is $800,000. It's a two bedroom, one bath with a redone kitchen and guest house. What made it so desireable? The flat, buildable 15,000+ square foot lot.
Multiple offers but it closes below list? This is what all the realtors are crowing about with multiple offers? Multiple lowball offers?
ReplyDeleteHey, anonymous, my sellers are happy, my buyers are happy, we're all happy. Roll credits.
ReplyDeleteYour Seller won't be happy in a year!
ReplyDelete1 offer every month for 6 months,(obvs, low-ball) and finally closes below list. I am sure the sellers had to throw in the world.
ReplyDeleteand the buyer STILL sues you next year, for fraud. lol
congrats!
Okay, anonymous and OJ, I know you both desparately want to make this bad news, but so sorry, it's just not. Once again, the sellers and buyers, the PRINCIPALS, are happy. So there. And fraud? Not on my watch.
ReplyDeleteOops, the last comment above, from anonymous, is from me.
ReplyDeleteLet me guess...they're going to tear down and build another McMansion. As a resident of Elmwood, I can't wait.
