More urban wildlife at my new Studio City home

This possum was just sitting on our back wall tonight.  I saw him/her last night as well. It was sitting in the glow of an outside floodlight.  I don't know much about possums -- is it unusual for wild animals to expose themselves in the light like this? Is this possum okay? Possum experts, please let me know.

Two weeks ago, I saw this guy/girl on the same wall:
I love our urban wildlife!

Our new Studio City neighbor

Just spotted this guy/gal behind the back of our new Studio City home. S/he is a beauty -- and huge.  I know you're not supposed to speak with racoons as they will "imprint" on you, but I just couldn't resist asking him/her to pose for a couple shots. I know this feeling isn't universally shared, but I love Southern California's urban wildlife.

Deer at DeBell Golf Course in Burbank

Here are two deer with two fawns that I filmed last night at DeBell Golf Course in Burbank.  I promise you that I WILL get better at this video thingy.

If you look really, really closely -- no, not at the garbage can --

-- you'll see three deer.  Look down the middle of the street and then look to the left.  These three were having dinner close by my new listing at 3031 N. Lamer, in Burbank.  This pic was taken a few minutes after 5:00 pm.  My seller tells me they come for breakfast, too.

1585 Knollwood Terrace in Pasadena is back on the market, but probably not for long

Alas, the buyers of this gorgeous Linda Vista home had a change of heart, and backed out.  Apparently, Mrs. felt that it was too isolated.  They didn't even get to enjoy the deer that visit the backyard (that's Mrs. Deer, above). Their loss will be somebody else's gain -- we have several second showings tomorrow.
