Movoto.com?

Today's L.A. Times has an article about a new buyer/seller search site called Movoto.com. I checked it out and it looks pretty complete. Has anybody had any experience with it? It will "refer" an agent to you when you ask about a specific house.

  1. I have been active on the Movoto site for a few months now, and am very glad that they have finally come to LA. Their site has been great for me in the SF area, and now that my home search has expanded areas, I am glad to find them in Southern California too. I submitted a request w while back to view a house and was pretty much immediately contacted by a Movoto employee who was very helpful. They explained to me that they recruit the top 3 or 4 agents in each neighborhood so that in addition to their website, they can introduce you to someone who is a local expert. Pretty darn helpful, and the only place I have found on the internet who will help you through every step of the process. Their listings are accurate too, which is a problem I have run into with other sites.
